Expense Reimbursement

Instructions:

• For each item, enter details – purchase date, description including quantity, cost and optionally, category code (see list of codes below)
• Fill in your name and email in the Submitted By and Email field, respectively
• Upload receipts in the Receipts area
• Choose the appropriate department who is in the best position to sign off on the expenses
• Optionally, enter any comments for department coworker or treasurer, then click Submit
• An email with all the reimbursement details will be sent to the department coworker and treasurer for review. You will also receive a copy of the email so you are informed of the progress.
